I have been dancing since age four. I was Goldilocks in Goldilocks and the Three Bears, the Swan’s neck in Carmina Burana, and when I discovered Dance/theatre improvisation 
undergrad with Martha Myers, Dean Emeritus of the American Dance Festival, my life was forever changed! I have grown to become a dancing storyteller, Teaching Artist in Dance, Professional Development provider, children’s author and arts in healthcare provider. I offer workshops for the elderly and provide recuperation workshops for care partners. Movement invitations to embody your potential is the guiding energy for my offerings.
